Dr.Shalini Dwivedi Pandey

She is a Doctorate in Law her area of interest is Criminal Law her Topic is on Gender Neutral Rape Law with special reference to LGBTQ community she has done B.B. A LL. B (Hon’s) and an LL.M in Criminal Law, PH.D. in Criminal Law from St. gov (Pt. RAVISHANKAR SHUKLA UNIVERSITY), Raipur, Chhattisgarh. She has done her B B.A-LL.B. & LL.M. from Mats University, Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Her academic achievements include qualifying for the UGC-NET in 2019, affirming her expertise in the field. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked in her field for five years 6 Months. Her professional journey led her to join Balaji Law College as full time Faculty as an Assistant Professor in 2023.
